Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Personnel
Technical Sergeant Dover is the Training Instructor for the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, Detachment 415 at the University of Minnesota. He is responsible for all 45 cadets, 5 cadres, and 3 Air Force Institute of Technology students’ military records and training actions.
Sergeant Dover enlisted in the United States Air Force in 2011. He completed Airman Leadership School in 2017 and Contingency Warfighter Planning Course in 2019.
